Siemens Authorised Maintenance and Service
Fire detection, building automation, KNX building control and HVAC control — the whole low-voltage layer of a building.
18 products · 5 categories
The Siemens building technologies line makes the layer of a building that senses and decides: Sinteso fire control panels and detectors, the Desigo building management platform and automation controllers, KNX components, Climatix HVAC controllers and the Connect Box IoT gateway for smaller buildings.
This line's buyer does not buy a single device, he buys a system: the fire detection panel and the ventilation control are expected to act in one scenario, dampers to close and escape lighting to come on when there is a fire.
Fire detection is one of Sedan's four core service lines; the Sinteso series is the first category on this page because that is where the weight of the relationship sits.
We are an Official Siemens Dealer. We are also an Authorised Maintenance and Service company for Siemens fire detection, gas detection, emergency announcement, gas suppression, access control and security systems; the certificate for that authorisation is valid until 31.12.2026 and can be seen in the Certificates section of the About page.

The building technologies line
Fire detection comes first: it is the core of Sedan's work with this brand.
Fire detection — SintesoThe Sinteso series: FC20 compact and modular fire control panels, Sinteso Nova and S-LINE detectors, and FDnet input/output modules. The Siemens side of Sedan's core service line.6 products
Desigo building automationThe Desigo CC building management platform and PXC automation controllers — the automation layer that brings HVAC, lighting, energy and security into one interface.4 products
KNX building controlLighting, solar shading and room control over the KNX standard, including OEM components and lighting control cabinets.4 products
HVACApplication-specific HVAC control for air handling units, chillers and heat pumps through the Climatix controller family.3 products
Connect BoxAn IoT gateway for small and mid-sized buildings — it connects existing field devices to the cloud for monitoring and energy tracking.1 productsThe two questions this brand raises most
Can you extend our existing Siemens panel, or does the system have to be rebuilt?
In most cases it can be extended — what decides it is the panel's generation and its loop capacity. Send the panel's model and firmware version, the number of connected detectors and the occupancy per loop, and we will tell you in writing whether this is an extension or a replacement.
Where the capacity is sufficient we do not propose a replacement; where it is not, we do not say yes either. Both end up being your problem later.
Can you combine fire detection and building automation in one project?
Yes — and the most expensive part of splitting the two across separate companies shows up exactly here: the fire scenario has to talk to ventilation, dampers, lifts and escape lighting.
The extent of the integration on the Desigo side varies by project — send your existing system inventory and we will work out which points can be brought into a single scenario.
Does your specification name Siemens without saying which line? Write to us and we will pin it down together.

Architectural drawings, an existing system inventory or a specification clause — whichever you have. We come back with the scope and the price.
