We hold an authorisation for five brands: distributor for one, dealer for three, and for Siemens both Official Siemens Dealer and Authorised Maintenance and Service.

We are the Authorised Distributor for Turkey for Trimbox, and an Authorised Dealer for Rotarex, Gorgy Time and Adder.

How is authorisation documented for a tender?
Can we get a wet-signed copy of the authorisation certificates?
Yes. We send the authorisation certificate for whichever brand you request, in a format suitable for a tender file or a procurement approval process — we send the document together with the quote, on request.
Documents published on this site: the Siemens authorisation certificate (maintenance and service, valid until 31.12.2026), the Trimbox authorised dealer certificate (No 1805A26, valid until 31.12.2027) and our ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and TS ISO 45001 management system certificates (valid until 11.07.2027). All of them are in the Certificates section of the About page.
If a brand name appears in the specification, do you propose an equivalent?
We do, on one condition: an equivalent proposal comes with a technical equivalence table. We show line by line which parameter is identical, which is better, and which differs — so you make the decision, not us.
That is the practical benefit of being in the authorised network of five brands: we don't have to fit the system in your specification into a single brand's product line.
Is warranty and after-sales support with the brand, or with you?
The two are separate, and written separately in the quote:
- Product warranty is the manufacturer's; its term and scope vary by brand.
- Workmanship warranty is ours — everything arising from installation, commissioning and labour.
For Trimbox, where we are the distributor, we are the direct point of contact either way: both the product and the workmanship go through us.
