Manufacturer product images · for reference

Rotarex COMPACT LINE ® combined with our electronic detection system offers a complete range of detection and monitoring solutions for vehicle engine fire protection. It uses the properties of Linear Heat Detector which is flexible, space efficient and offer a global protection of the engine compartment. In addition, up to 5 punctual temperature sensors can be added for specific monitoring of high-risk components such as turbochargers.
- High actuation temperature to withstand very hot and narrow engine compartments (180°C) and improved detection resistance for harsh environments
- Less maintenance required, reduced pressure drop due to mitigation of leakage rates through connections and permeability
- Real-time monitoring and surveillance due to the sensor technology
- Almost unlimited linear heat detection length possible
- Extended service time of system: no components change required before 10 years
- Optional: Wireless Monitoring Unit to avoid cable routing to reduce the installation time, particularly for retrofits
